Hello! I am so excited to be part of the Pelham Family!
This is my fourth year teaching middle school math. I am also the Math Team sponsor and coach.
EDUCATION BACKGROUND
- Studied Mathematics (B.S.) & Secondary Education Mathematics (M.A.) at The University of Alabama ROLL TIDE
- Three years of experience teaching 7th and 8th grade math in Tuscaloosa
- Tuscaloosa MATHCOUNTS First Place Coach ('21 and '22)
TEACHING STYLE
- task-based instruction that engages students in mathematical thinking, reasoning, and sense making integration of technology for students to interact with mathematical representations and communicate their developing ideas
FAVORITES
